Tracking Your Package: Unfortunately, we can’t track packages that have been reported as delivered. Once your order is marked as delivered, we won’t be able to replace it. If you have any specific delivery requests, like leaving the package on your back porch, it’s best to coordinate with your local carrier when you receive your tracking number.
Receiving Your Package: Make sure you’re available to receive your package or make arrangements for its safe delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order is ready, usually between 1-4 pm & 6-9 pm Central Time. We aim to complete most orders within 3-5 business days or less. If you have a custom or large order, please allow 3-7 business days, as some items may require special care and attention.
International Shipping: We do not ship to China or use USA re-shippers to send packages to foreign countries. We rely on USPS address verification for all our shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If you suspect theft or encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact your carrier or reach out to us for assistance. Keep in mind that if a package needs to be reshipped, a new postage fee will be required before we can send it again.
